QS Logistics (QSL) Marine Assurance Services (MAS) provides independent monitoring, verification and reporting of marine operations, supporting safer, more transparent and commercially controlled port and anchorage activities.

MAS combines experienced marine personnel, structured operating procedures and digital reporting to strengthen safety, operational governance, environmental compliance and revenue assurance.

Our core Marine Assurance Services include:

• Bunkering Witness & Quantity Verification – independent attendance, quantity verification, documentation review and reporting of bunkering operations.
• Marine Traffic & Vessel Movement Monitoring – monitoring and recording vessel movements and marine activities within designated operational areas.
• STS Witness & Quantity Verification – independent witnessing, verification and reporting of Ship-to-Ship transfer operations.
• Environmental Monitoring & Compliance – monitoring marine activities to support environmental requirements and responsible port operations.
• First-Line Emergency & Incident Support – providing marine assistance, initial response and operational reporting when required.
